Annual parish meeting

Annual parish meeting on Wednesday 23 May, 2018 at Burgh Reading Room at 7.30 pm.

This meeting is to raise / discuss any issues, interests and successes within the parish by any individual or groups. It is not specifically parish council led and does not have to be chaired by any elected representative. However, the Annual Parish Meeting, needs to be chaired and recorded by a rate payer and the minutes forwarded to the parish clerk within 21 days.

Tesco Bags of Help scheme ref: 28137

The parish council have been successful in applying for funding for the renovation of Burgh village seating area and village sign. The bin with will be in the Aylsham Tesco store during May until 30 June. When paying for your shopping please ask the assistant for a disc to insert in the bin near the exit.
The results will be issued to the parish clerk at the end of July.
1st place – £4,000; 2nd place – £2000; 3rd place – £1,000 or the lesser amount that has been requested on the application. The original application submitted was for £1100.
